How to Be Happy

One day a cowboy said to me, you are "lucky! and you are the happiest person as much as I know. But how it possible? I think it was likely ornamented question. Answer is known to me. Now I will share with you. Vide! most of the time I was unhappy in my life, and even deliberated suicide a few times. Then I overpast the three years studying physiology and science of happiness. Now it's my natural status. I think that kind of change is need for everyone. We want to be happy and happiness is useful for everybody. Happiness can improves your body, health, mentality and it also enables you to make better decision. Read continuously and be happy.

Steps 1: Be upbeat: Never be disappointed, look at the others people and try to realize their condition. What is the different among you and others? I think you also better than the others. So try to be happy. Say, your girlfriend or boyfriend break up with you. I think it's great chance for you, now you can choose anyone or meet anybody else! Set yourself in circumstances where good things are possibly to happen to you. It is lighter to stay optimistic.

Steps 2: Dispute negative thought and feelings: It's improve your mental health. Always avoid negative thoughts and feelings. If you learn artifice for knowing negative thoughts and feelings, then it's easier to protect them. On the other hand, you can cultivate walking, swimming, yoga and any kind of meditation. I think these are best techniques to subdue concern and promote translucence.

Steps 3: Make enough wealth to meet basic requirement: Make enough money for filling your basic requirements. Basic needs means Food, Education, Cloths, Treatment and Habitation. When you will fill up your basic requirements then happiness will sit on your shoulder. Statistic show that every American expense about $60,000 per years for filling their basic requirements. So it's very important for brings happiness.

Steps 4: Keep close to friends and family members: You can share your problem with your family members or friends. So it's very important. I think, when you will share your problem with others then your condition will be lighter than the past. Even your wife or your family members can help you when you will fell bad. Relationship and family bonding is great source of happiness. So always try to stay close your family members or friends.

Steps 5: Be clement: Sympathy is all about doing any kind for anybody in need. You can do everything for helpless people, just need sincerity. You can do volunteery work or involved with any kind of charity. It will help for bringing happiness. Give a man shelter, food or cloths and other things, don't forget these are basic requirements for everybody. So try to do it.

Steps 6: Engage in meaningful conversation: Most of the physiologist believe that passing few time sharing in small talk and more time in grave. This kind of conversation can improve happiness.

Steps 7: Search happiness in your job field: Most of the people expect a good job. But not only good job can brings happiness. Good relationship, good understanding, and better communication system can brings happiness. If you have a clear viewpoint, you will make the grand of any work.

Steps 8: Remember your best time: It is the most important things for bringing happiness. When you will upset then just remember your best time. For example, honeymoon, picnic, birthday party or marriage day time. It is very helpful. So try to do it.
