If you take more exercise and eat lots of unhealthy food you will not to get fitter. Always take fresh fruits, fresh vegetable and healthy food. I think it's the main part of your overall diet. Avoid unhealthy food specially all kind of junk food. It is very harmful for health and junk food turns to fat almost very quickly. So firstly give up this kind of food. This includes chocolate, sweet, chips, ice-cream, biscuit etc. Vegetable, fruits, chicken, fish include your every meals. many peoples have no idea how much harmful fast food for them. You should try to eat vegetable, potato, salad and specially natural food. Bear in mind, never eat completely because it's very harmful for digesting. So chance to digest your food. Easily you can find healthy food any where. So always remember healthy food is need for health.





Steps 2: Drink water: We should drink plenty of water. The kidney's are the bodies filter. They can't work efficiently without sufficient water . After that we should remain neat and clean. We know that our bodies made of over 85% water. You should always drinks a lot of water. But it's must be fresh and clean. Fresh water is very helpful but polluted water is very harmful for humans body. Everyday you should drink at least 2 or 3 litre of water.







Steps 3: Exercise: Third and important step is physical exercise. We should take physical exercise regularly. It helps our muscles and nerves to work properly. It helps us to breath more deeply and get more air into our lung. It also helps the blood to travel all over the body and prevent constipation. It make sure your blood flowing and which keeps your heart beating. And it's remove your heart attack possibility in later life. But you have to do it in right way. You can consult specialist before doing anything. Exercise you can do at home or gymnasium. Always you should walk 1 or 2 kilometers. You can do also push ups, bench, sit ups etc. It also very helpful for our body. Always discuss your instructor or specialist. Don't take any risk.






Steps 4: Sleep: We should have plenty of rest and sleep. It is very important for our health. It affects our physical and mental health. Specially sound sleep. Lack of sleep hampered our body and mind. Sleep repairs our body and gives freshness. So don't ignore it.






Steps 5: Checkups: Go to your doctor for your annual checkups and make sure everything is ok. Always consult with your doctor even if you are healthy. Keep some medicine for your self test and keep fit. So be careful.
