How to Make Sushi

Most of people love this kind of dish. So far I know it's Japanese dish. Every Japanese like it. But think it can only be collected outside the home. Sushi is not mere delicious, it is pretty and good for your health, too. If you are interested in making this delectable Japanese dish, you are in for a treat. You can begin with a common type of sushi and from there, let your notion guide you. Hither is a mere guide to making sushi in your kitchen!!



COMPONENTS
  • 3/4 cups Japanese Sushi Rice (short--grain)
  • 3 cups Water
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2/5 cup rice vinegar
  • Sauce
  • Knife
  • Rice cooker or saucepan
  • Wooden spoon or spatula
  • Large dish to cool cooked rice
  • Cutting board
  • Materials for fillings (raw or cooked  Fish, vegetables, eggs, sesame seeds)
  • Nori sheets
  • Gari (pickled ginger)
  • Wasabi paste
  • Sushi rolling mat 
Instruction
Step: 1 Assess 4 cups of rice and rinse out it with water over and over again. When the water starts dropping clearly, you can go to the next step.

Step: 2  Cook the rice properly in a rice cooker or anyhow. Use 3 or more than cups of water. Supposing you do not have a rice cooker, you can easily cook the rice in a saucepan on the oven with 3 cups of water. Fetch the rice and the water to a boil, then abate it to a gentle simmer. Shroud and cook for 10 or 15 minutes. Remove it from the heat, and let it vapor for 25 minutes.

Step: 3 Tract the cooked rice in a broad dish using a ladle so that it cools down. Cook the rice properly.

Step: 4 Mix 3/4 cup rice vinegar, 3 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon salt in a saucepan and heat till the sugar and salt dissolve properly.

Step: 5 Affix the vinegar blend to the rice using a wooden spoon or ladle. Be careful not to press or mash the rice kernels.

Step: 6 Now take a decision  what components you want in your sushi. Some of your options are chewed salmon, cooked shrimp or prawn, crab, fresh raw tuna or salmon, tofu,  eggs, toasted sesame seeds, carrots, cucumber, mushrooms, snow peas and daikon radish. Now Cut your elements into thin slice. Now serve and enjoy!!
