Step: 1 Do with your hands to jumble dry components well in a very large bowl. Then Preheat oven to 302 degrees F.
Step: 2 Mix oats, coconut, chestnut, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and a unison bowl. Then Mix honey with oil. Concussion well.
